Dan Harris is Counsel in the Patent Analysis Group at Blackbird Technologies. Prior to joining Blackbird Technologies, Mr. Harris worked as a law clerk for a Boston based patent prosecution firm, where he prosecuted patent applications in a variety of technologies, including mechanical, biomedical and electronic devices.
Mr. Harris received his JD from Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated with distinction in the intellectual property concentration. Mr. Harris is a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society and the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont. While at UVM, Mr. Harris obtained his Fundamentals of Engineering Certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
Prior to law school, Mr. Harris was a Project Engineer for a telecommunications company. He is a member of the Massachusetts bar.
