BOSTON, Oct. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Blackbird Technologies settled its first design patent infringement case with Morphe.

In June 2019, Blackbird Technologies filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Morphe LLC on U.S. Patent No. D666,358, entitled “Face Sponge,” in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (19-cv-01151). The patented design concerns a novel makeup application sponge. The parties settled the case this month.
