BOSTON, July 24, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Blackbird Technologies settles with Transit

On February 21, 2019, Blackbird Technologies filed a patent infringement lawsuit against 9280-0366 Quebéc Inc. d/b/a Transit in the US District Court for the District of Delaware (19-cv-00354), concerning technology relating to determining travel routes based on observed traffic conditions. The patent at issue is US Patent No. 9,400,190, entitled “Real-time traffic condition measurement using network transmission data.” Last month, Blackbird Technologies settled with Transit.
