BOSTON, May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Blackbird Technologies settles patent litigation with Technical Consumer Products, Inc.
On February 27, 2019, Blackbird Technologies filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the US District Court for the District of Delaware concerning LED lighting technology. The patent at issue is US Patent No. 7,114,834, entitled “LED lighting apparatus.” In April, Blackbird Technologies settled with Technical Consumer Products, Inc. (19-cv-00405).
